Living Without Limits - a clubhouse conversation

Great shares today. This session I shared about living without regrets. If you "wish" something, then take steps and move towards it. Also, one of my biggest life lessons was to stay out of my comfort zone. Always live outside comfort zone and be aware of it. Comfortable is comfortable, therefore you may not even realize you are hanging out there.

If you live outside comfort zone, then if/when something bad happens to you, that can suck you back to comfort zone. In fact, if you are at comfortable, when something happens and you need to be present, you can get sucked into uncomfortable - that will be an additional distraction when you want to be very present.

Other notes I took were:
Don - how to live in expansion vs living in construction
Michelle - the physical body operates in survival on ultimate threats - can afford no mistakes
-reptilian brain can remind of previous threats and that current situation now becomes a threat.
Fight/Flight
Amanda - move from survival to tranformational - value identification and belief identification
Forgiveness piece of the puzzle - 4-step 1) name hurt (identify), 2) talk about it 3) address the person or situation, 4) let that instance or person out of your life, or invite them back in.

Stacie talked about "Deep Works"

Don - even the greatest things we think of, is still a limited thought and we can imagine even more.

Yeliz - shared Ellen Geve - from australia living without food for years - 14 years with only 300 calories per day. medically unheard of

Brian talks about the body and how it reveals so much. For example, if you want to determine if what you are telling yourself it true, and you (and your body believe it) there are signs to watch for.
Ex: "I am worthy" statement. if chest tightens that is 'fear'. Turn into that feeling and breathe in , open chest like a flower blooming... it is about how that feeling is stored in the body.

Dr Christopher shared about Rudolph Stien studies and there are 3 parts of body.. spirit, soul and body.

Lastly was the exercise shared by Michelle: talking bout our imagination. Law of Assumption. If you assume you are there, you will be there.
statement to say to yourself: "by placing new I AM's into my imagination, my future dream is a present fact.

Anything you want to manifest in the present world must first be imagined.
