Building Your Growth Plan - a clubhouse conversation

Today's topic was on Growth Plan. I shared the method that best help me master the most pivotal growth in my real estate business was to teach the material I needed to master. I taught that topic every week for months and months until I had implemented and mastered that "thing" that I wanted to get in place.

Other shares that I took notes on:

Glen Morshower (the actor) shared and continued a topic on being a "10". He actually shared how he coaches agents to show up at the "right size". If a part requires a "5" don't show up as a 10.. you will overshoot the part.

A great new friend, Rick Torrison shared the amazing information about prioritizing the domino
using the success wheel from success magazine Rick shared process for building an action plan. Once you prioritize what, the work on the How Roadmap to significance
step 1) Clarify your Vision
step 2) Where am I now (Identify the GAP where you are and where you want to go)
step 3) How far away are you and what is your motivation to get there?
step 4) What do you have available right now to get you there and move you closer
step 5) what do you need to move closer to that goal
step 6) be aware of what roadblocks, obstacles that can get in the way of getting you there.

Glen shared another great statement
If you were to be charged with the crime of personal development, would the courts have enough evidence to convict you?

Fortune is in the Follow-up: Clubhouse conversation on Details

Share from the Clubhouse app conversation in the Success, Achievers Breakfast club conversation today about 'The Devil is in the Details'. I shared one of the most inspiring books on this subject is "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olsen. Sharing details like something amazing you do for a client at a success point in the transaction (Like a gift at time of contract accepted) and then when they refer you, and you don't do that regularly.. and that referral doesn't get same experience. Also discussed the "overnight success" of Dave Ramsey. He shared a story how he was a 20-year overnight success spending 20 years getting one small radio station from another for 20 years, and then, overnight, gets a spot on Oprah's show and talks about his book. Then millions of copies sell overnight. Lastly is systematizing those little follow up's to remember to make a call and write a note that can make the biggest difference in the long-game for continuing and strengthening relationships.

Living Without Limits - a clubhouse conversation

Great shares today. This session I shared about living without regrets. If you "wish" something, then take steps and move towards it. Also, one of my biggest life lessons was to stay out of my comfort zone. Always live outside comfort zone and be aware of it. Comfortable is comfortable, therefore you may not even realize you are hanging out there.

If you live outside comfort zone, then if/when something bad happens to you, that can suck you back to comfort zone. In fact, if you are at comfortable, when something happens and you need to be present, you can get sucked into uncomfortable - that will be an additional distraction when you want to be very present.

Other notes I took were:
Don - how to live in expansion vs living in construction
Michelle - the physical body operates in survival on ultimate threats - can afford no mistakes
-reptilian brain can remind of previous threats and that current situation now becomes a threat.
Fight/Flight
Amanda - move from survival to tranformational - value identification and belief identification
Forgiveness piece of the puzzle - 4-step 1) name hurt (identify), 2) talk about it 3) address the person or situation, 4) let that instance or person out of your life, or invite them back in.

Stacie talked about "Deep Works"

Don - even the greatest things we think of, is still a limited thought and we can imagine even more.

Yeliz - shared Ellen Geve - from australia living without food for years - 14 years with only 300 calories per day. medically unheard of

Brian talks about the body and how it reveals so much. For example, if you want to determine if what you are telling yourself it true, and you (and your body believe it) there are signs to watch for.
Ex: "I am worthy" statement. if chest tightens that is 'fear'. Turn into that feeling and breathe in , open chest like a flower blooming... it is about how that feeling is stored in the body.

Dr Christopher shared about Rudolph Stien studies and there are 3 parts of body.. spirit, soul and body.

Lastly was the exercise shared by Michelle: talking bout our imagination. Law of Assumption. If you assume you are there, you will be there.
statement to say to yourself: "by placing new I AM's into my imagination, my future dream is a present fact.

Anything you want to manifest in the present world must first be imagined.

Claiming Your Personal Freedom - a clubhouse conversation

This was my share today from Clubhouse conversation around "claiming your personal freedom. Visit https://coachkorn.blogspot.com/ for more shares on my notes from all the great speakers on stage. My share was about how as humans we are judgmental and our stories in our heads sometimes fester into what is not really happening. Those stories can hold us hostage and it might not even be what is really happening. Mastering the art of living without Regret has helped me. Understanding that God will never give us more than we can handle and that everything that is happening in our lives is to make us stronger, or understand something better or differently and we can chose to learn from everything that happens to be a better person and make the world a better place. My notes: -Jen shared Freedom to take the NEXT action! it is a choice and when we chose to take action that is freeing. -Sam - talked about our beliefs. Our choices revolve around our beliefs. if you believe you are free to control what you can control and taking action you can live a more free life
-Julie - part of the saying.. (bogato Begive?? didn't catch name) - what belongs to someone today, What belonged to someone yesterday, and what belonged to someone yesterday belongs to someone today
saying: "Don't Forget to Go Confidently"
-Amanda shared an outlook when someone is wrongfully accused, how do they deal with that mindset to be free while in prison? our mind is our lens how we see things. We are bound by change of mind - and how we chose to think
-Michelle - Freedom to let go - that fear, struggle etc can hold us captive. She shared about the reticular activator system is picking up information all around us and filtering and sorting that information to us
-Simon - Being good to yourself, your family and being good to everyone else
-Antoine shared how he was in prison for 7 years. lost everything.. job, apartment, everything. he discovered none of that really mattered when he realized the only thing that matters was him! Nothing on the outside matters - everything on the inside does matter.

Are You Adapting to Change

So many great shares on todays Clubhouse app regarding the topic on adapting to change.

Here are some of my notes:
yeliz - Mindset turns to Heart-set turns to Soul-set

coach russ shared a conversation with to agents talking about recruiting to a company. When he brought up the opportunity, they said they would not think about moving, but he should consider their company.. so he approached this "changed" conversation with a new approach - I loved this question..
"what would motivate me to be in business with a close-minded person?" person was offended, and then he asked.. are you choosing to be offended? and opened up for a rescheduled call for both to be open minded and have a different conversation

Do something radically different today.

Russ - look at the conversation you may have in your primary relationship.. is it argumentative? defensive? Make a change to converse lovingly.. and with appreciation

Amanda shared conversation about improving employee experience. What can you change to provide customers, employees and vendors to have an incredible experience when they work with you?
-Adaption of work flow - work flow is the value we bring and makes the experience good or bad
-cutlivate the culture in the company - what radical change can you make to change your culture?

Dr Connor - Chris and recap from Don Hobbs - what covid created was a kind of "shut down" of the world - yet it really opened so many opportunities. People say, let's get back to "Normal" - that is GONE!!! it is not coming back. That was normal then. Normal is now. Normal is not in the past, it IS Change.

Janette shared a GREAT saying: Making Change is never as difficult as accepting change.

My share is in the video above. Gerber says, if your business isn't growing, it's dying. and another saying, "what got you here, won't get you there"

Giving Back, Come from Contribution, a Clubhouse Success conversation

Today's topic is about giving back. So many great conversations around getting back 10-fold when you give, and giving from the heart, not expecting anything in return. Do you live in an abundance mindset and free-willingly give to others?

There were conversations around what your belief is, believe what you believe.

Quieting the Mind to get Results - a Clubhouse conversation

Great topics and shares in the App -Clubhouse with Success Magazine every weekday morning. This was my share about quieting the mind to get results and how I was able to move forward after losing my 20 year spouse and business partner.. AND how that mindset opened the door to writing a book with Michael Gerber, E-MythRealEstateAgent.com and meeting my current wife who was a gift to not get stuck in where so many widows can end up.. That one thing helped me see her, meet her and marry her to have an amazing life for the rest of my time here on earth.. for me AND my girls, her family, etc. This family was a Godsend.

The real lesson is to be present in the moment and live your best life or you may miss the next opportunity that shows up. You never know when or where it will show up so always be ready.
