Resetting Expectations

Are you on track for your goal? If not, or a little behind? Apply these simple ideas to get back on track. 1) find your original goals you wrote. 2) WHY did you set that goal? My bet, you wanted to accomplish a certain something - like pay off credit card, or car or maybe lose weight for a particular reason? Whatever it is, find your original goal and remember why you set that goal. 3) Reset your Expectation to get back on track for the goal. What are your results to date? what was your goal? Subtract and divide by number of months or weeks left in the year. That will tell you what your weekly goal or even daily goal (divide week by 5 days or 7 days) to get back on track and hit your main goal.
