Many times someone considered non-confirming is blazing a trail to something that hasn't been done or exist. Did you work on an email list for years to build as big as you could, or work tirelessly to build a following on social media, only to find out those things might create sales, however did they create the most sales, and the most profitable sales possible? A saying that summarizes this conversation is "in a field of zebra's be a unicorn" or "those that question the world, transform the world"
