Success Ingredients
Just shared a few of my favorite ingredients to help me keep moving towards success. 1) smile often, 2) don't take life and everything else so serious, plus a couple others. Listen how I keep the negative energy out.
Leverage Your Thoughts
Conscious mind and subconscious mind talk to each other. Be aware of that subconscious mind and bring it into reality. I also share my concept of "Plusing". Successful people many times will comment that they really don't know how they got to the success they are experiencing. When you have the full picture visualized, the subconscious thoughts that align will find their way into your reality.
Creating Your Marketing Brand
First of all, if you are just getting started you don't have a brand yet. I have seen many businesses fail because they spend so much time, money and resources creating a brand first, before they even have a following. The old days of "build it and they will come" can be costly, and one factor why many small businesses start on the path of failure or have to wait years for profits. In this share, be patient, build your following, set up your systems and be profitable, then your brand will show up, if you even need one at all.
Reprogramming your FEAR
What are some mythunderstandings? Pay more taxes? good or bad?. I don't want to manage a whole bunch of people? Who said that was more work? Those Fears can keep people from doing more. I discuss my reprogramming on what $1 million dollars could do in my life. and the Bell Curve example can explain why many people stay status quo
Striving for Balance
In this share I discuss my calendar method of putting my "people appointments" which what really goes in my calendar are the places where I physically need to be somewhere. That allows me to complete other items, depending on what is most important, or what I chose to do during all the other times, vs putting every task in my calendar, and then erasing and replacing... but if I have to physically be somewhere, nothing else can be put on top of that.

Scaling Up Your Life
in this short conversation a great comment was shared by a friend of mine, Tony Rodriguez and he shared what can sometimes be a challenged comment if taken out of context. That is, "You are not entitled to follow your dream until you pay your bills" and I share going through the financial baby steps that Dave Ramsey shares. His 7 baby steps help get your home financials in order while you are following your dream.

Success is a Choice
Choose to dream.
Build confidence by making commitment to grow every day and Value the process not the event (John Maxwell) . What I share is get a clear vision of dream, and document and systematize your journey to the dream.
Art of Non-Conformity
Many times someone considered non-confirming is blazing a trail to something that hasn't been done or exist. Did you work on an email list for years to build as big as you could, or work tirelessly to build a following on social media, only to find out those things might create sales, however did they create the most sales, and the most profitable sales possible? A saying that summarizes this conversation is "in a field of zebra's be a unicorn" or "those that question the world, transform the world"

Resetting Expectations
https://youtu.be/hl9KTkx3Olg
Are you on track for your goal? If not, or a little behind? Apply these simple ideas to get back on track.
1) find your original goals you wrote.
2) WHY did you set that goal? My bet, you wanted to accomplish a certain something - like pay off credit card, or car or maybe lose weight for a particular reason? Whatever it is, find your original goal and remember why you set that goal.
3) Reset your Expectation to get back on track for the goal. What are your results to date? what was your goal? Subtract and divide by number of months or weeks left in the year. That will tell you what your weekly goal or even daily goal (divide week by 5 days or 7 days) to get back on track and hit your main goal.

Power of Example - what leader are you?
Do you want to lead by "POWER" or Influence? Do you do the things you expect others to do and more importantly, do you get the results you expect them to get?
How does Courage impact Success
talking about extreme success in the business world like Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg, Lady Gaga, Serena Williams. Look at Richard Branson and Elon Musk - pushing boundaries and going into space!!! Do you think their courage to do something only NASA has done is at an extreme level? The courage, to do what others have not done, for you to create your dream and vision and make it a reality will be a huge part of your success. 80% of small businesses fail. Before you use your courage to move through the process, do you have a strategic plan? Do you have accountability checkpoints? Also.. one add at the end - to have the courage to "quit" when everyone else is jumping on board - when your checking points are showing it is not working and doesn't look like it will work as planned.

Motivation and Mindset. Is it enough?
In this short conversation I share that Mindset and Motivation are the gauge to measure if you are having fun doing what you are working on.. or if you are dreading every moment and not having fun at all.
It does take action. To take action figure out what your "minimum" or MUST GET results are. Figure the numbers and break it down.
If you are behind on your goals, this example of 4th quarter reset can be used at any time of the year or month or week to get back on track with your goas.
