In this conversation my share is about being ok creating who you want to be and Tony shares that you do not need to create a "you" that everyone loves. In fact, I share from Joel Olsteen, that up to 75% of people really won't like you anyway.. and/or could be persuaded to not like you. Just be you, be authentic and don't create that person for anyone other than you. 25% of the people around you will love you for who you are
