I can't remember the last time I was so excited about real estate....in DECEMBER!!! The new course just released from KW International and is sweeping the country right now is "Seize the Market". I was asked to present this material in Phoenix tomorrow and I will tell you, this information will get you pumped up and re-engerized about your real estate business. It is the truth about what opportunity...no matter what part of the country you are in... is in front of you RIGHT NOW!
If this is coming to your area, for the price of a video game, you can get an incredible jump start on the new year and come flying out of the chute way ahead of your competition. After you hear some of this content you will realize just how privilidged we, as REALTORs are to be in the position we are. This is the opportunity for anyone and everyone to build wealth like they have never ever been able to in the past.
If you don't have Seize the Market in your area yet, pick up the phone and call your OP, your TL, call your Regional Directors and Owners and beg for them to bring this to your area. There are several of the top KW International Faculty helping get this out across the country, and I have cleared my schedule as well so you can truly get excited about Real Estate opportunities, Helping Home Owners and Home Buyers and even the next biggest opportunity....Investors start building wealth. If anyone has lost their wealth in these tough times...their job, their credit...YOU can now show them how to get everything back on track. Get your fair share of your market and Seize the Market in your town. Coach Korn is scheduled in Phoenix and Cinncinati and could be coming to your market next.
Get what you deserve and give the consumers and your past clients, family what they deserve as well. The opportunity of the American Dream at a time when the opportunities are so great we may never see them again in our lifetime! (can you tell I am excited about the information in this course?)

Steps of the Coaching Process
The Leader as a Coach: Secrets to Tapping Potential in Others
As a leader, on of your most important responsibilities is to identify and cultivate the potential of the individual members with whom you come in contact. Take the following steps for a rewarding coaching experience for you and your members.
1) Focus on POTENTIAL:
How could the individual's inherent talent/skills develop over time?
2) Focus on GOALS:
What are the individual's personal and professional goals?
3) Look for the LEADER:
Do you see qualities/skills exhibited that the organization needs from its leaders (ex: positive; credible; good judgement; listening skills; open)?
4) Provide OPPORTUNITIES:
What level of confidence, comfort and perceived value exists to take on small, medium or large tasks?
5) Provide SUPPORT:
What information, suggestions, training, feedback or encouragement can you provide to ensure success?
