People love working with and being with people they know, like and trust. How many connections do you already have and when was the last time you had a meaningful conversation with them? Make your list - see the short video - Social Media lists who you follow or followed by or friended. Check your cell phone contacts list, incoming and outgoing calls. Check email in your inbox and sent box. These are all people that have already crossed paths with you. How many on that list have you talked to in the past week, month, 6 months, year??

Attitude and Level Up Your Work Ethic

Live in the space of setting your attitude every day. 3 rules I live by that have helped me reach that. 1) E+R=O - you can't control the event, however you can choose your reaction and create the outcome you can live with. 2) If it's not fun, don't do it. 3) Assume everyone is doing the best they can with what they have. As for work ethic.. if you do not like where you are right now, you must go into each day with the attitude it is the best thing you could ever do otherwise - going through every day miserable won't get opportunities to show up for you.

Great Questions will find Answers

In this short clip, I sharee the W-Open ended questions, and my ultimate 3 Questions/techniques to get REAL answers. 1) Scale 1-10 question. 2) What can I do right now to move up 1-2 spots 3) Dig 5-8 layers deep on answering a question. Keep asking.. "what does that do for you if you do __your answer__" and keep going. Very important point to hear at the end. The answer to your questions may not be the final answer.

Your Primary Values

Let's Play A Game! search "list of words for values" and print the longest list possible. Round 1 - Circle every word that speaks to you, that is something that means something to you and a part of your values that make you, you. Round 2- Write those on a new sheet of paper. When you have those written, circle 10. Round 3 - write those 10 on a new piece of paper and circle your top 2. These are you Primary Values. BONUS Game: Have your team members, or family members do the same, and then share your top 10 with everyone - and decide what your top 10 are as a group.
