Today share was how I shared with my daughters in Acro Dance competitions to visualize the perfect routine. Then shared how I visualize myself to be 23 yrs old and at 54 my body feels like I am 23. Lastly the systems I put in place to make BIG Visions turn into Action. Let the system hold me accountable and make that vision a reality!!!

Expanding Your Awareness - How are you doing that?

Being aware that there are always bigger and better things no matter where you are now. Are you looking around? Are you absorbing your surroundings? Our comfort zone is comfortable.. and can feel like success. I share in this segment how staying out of your comfort zone will serve you well when "things" happen to you. When bad things happen and you are comfortable, you will get sucked down to un-comfortable. When you are above your comfort zone and something bad happens, it will suck you to comfortable and allow you to be present in the current situation vs distracted with other stresses.

This was my recap of what I learned from 2021 and where my focus will be for business planning in 2022. The lesson to share is that life moves fast! and once you create your business plan for 2022, what are you going to do different this year to keep it in front of you every week and month through 2022 and do you re-evaluate or - update or add to it every quarter or 6 months?

Step 2) What is the very NEXT step that can start moving you towards that vision? Don't think about Step 2 or step 3 yet... just get the first step .

Don't spend any time getting ready. Many people spend too much time getting ready. Instead of Ready.. Aim.. FIRE

instead to FIRE.. Ready and then Aim

Step 2 and 3 and so on  will show up easier once you take step 1

TIP: Find someone who has been there, done it, and overcome the challenge.. get with them, and learn from them. 

Forgivenss

My Share, Forgiveness 11/4/21 contribute and share personal story. Hopefully this may help someone else going through something similar. - Divorce- the unspeakable- having to forgive can be tough. Tony mentioned - step 4- Took responsibility- I take responsibility because I was working long hours-had multiple jobs and it was to provide for my family! That forgiveness allowed our 4 daughters to have the best "growing up childhood in a divorced family" they could. That forgiveness didn't necessarily mean everything that happened was right and justified. The Forgiveness was for the kids and to truly do that so we could give our kids a great life. BAD Business Partnership - Almost lost my 20 year Biz- I was taken advantage of with what seemed to be honest, christian partners who aparantly lived in the contract world more than valuing their "word" and saying whatever they had to say to get the contract signed. I just asked God to "forgive them for they know not what they do" They were so far in their forest/Story I don't even think they believe they were literally putting people out of business and stealing money that was putting hardships on agent after agent that realized they were stuck and the contract was all that mattered to them. I don't talk about this much, even though it was a major pivot in my business and future to help every agent survive and thrive in real estate. I chose to forgive to keep that negative energy out of my life. - To me, they really are not around, I don't see them, and is it as if they were never really there. By forgiving, I really cashed in on life! Worked on my book with Michael Gerber and taking our 100 sales in any market around the globe and able to get back to enjoying life with my wife Lynette and creating the ultimate lifestyle for us, our kids and grandkids.
