Great book I read that gave me a life-lesson was the Fearless Loving and Fearless Living books by Rhonda Britten. Live without excuses and love without regret. The grass is not greener on the other side.. it's just more green grass.

Leadership

In this conversation I share personal experience I have with leadership, and that is to be able to do what you expect other to do at a higher level. A leader leads, and too many times owners of companies don't know how anything really works, and don't track results as well as they could because they just hired other people to run everything. Create your "standards" systems and the tracking for that standard being met, THEN turn your people loose inside the system to create results to their maximum.

Give to receive and when you give give give.. you may even receive when you least expect it or think yo you didn't need it.

In disasters, or when your train derails, what is your plan? It is so critical to set up systems that RUN your business and you just run the system. When you create the perfect processes and automate them, you can free your mind during crisis situations and deal with it and process through it faster and more efficiently because your core is covered, and you can be present in the moment to make the best decisions.

Millionaire Real Estate Agent pages 133-148. Read TWELVE TIMES!!! It's 15 pages, you can do it. Put a sticky note on page 133 and another on 148 and tally every time you read it. something magical may happen for you between 4-6 reads. after 12 reads, you will see it starting to show up in your life. AND, most importantly, do not get caught up in the details!!! You can fix those later if you can keep up with the business.

Effective Decision Making

OR.. just make a decision!!! Get your mind clear. Stuff coms in faster than it can be processed sometimes. Get a GSD day to just get everything done and clear your mind. I share the book Getting Things Done, by David Allen. Might be the most genius productivity, mind clearing/organizing system in the universe.
