It may not seem like every day is critical if you don't take a step towards your commitments. You always have tomorrow, right? in a study by University of Scranton, only 8% of New Year resolutions set are achieved. What did the 8% do that the 92% didn't? If you are struggling with a commitment, I suggest create a page with two columns. A Pro's and Con's column. Write your commitment at the top of the page and start writing down all the positive things that will happen when you achieve your commitment. Write in the "con's" column what can knock you off track, what you will need to give up and/or say no to. THEN write your commitment and put it everywhere in front of you AND TELL EVERYONE .. You will have those that love you and want to see you succeed and they will help you stay on track to keep your commitment.
