No Pain, No Gain - Get, AND STAY, out of your comfort zone
Life lesson 1,273 - stay out of your comfort zone.
If you hang out in your comfort zone, and bad stuff happens, it can suck you down to uncomfortable. If you stay above your comfort zone and continually push through pain so you can gain, THEN when bad stuff happens it will suck you back down to comfortable. That allows you to be in the moment to deal with your bad stuff and not worry about everything else.

Use campaigns and action plans for automated series of events to keep you in your ONE Thing productivity items. - send emails back to yourself on auto reminder. - only put people appointments on calendar and use the extra space for whatever productive items you have on your plate, and do the ones you want to do at that time.
